Advance’s origins began in Somerset, New Jersey, when Peter J. Cocoziello focused the young company on the development of small, local projects. The Company’s ability to provide cost-effective, strategically planned real estate solutions for tenants has propelled Advance’s growth from a local developer to a super-regional, development company. Today, Advance is recognized as a major, multi-market full-service real estate company employing 80 people.
